All bags are subject to availability of material, in case of unavailability either refund in form of credit or customer can replace it with other style. In no case cash refund will be processed.

An additional temporary shipping  surcharge will be levied @ 5% of order value as the same has been imposed by shipping companies.(Partly born by us).

Sixtease Bags allows an individual or company to buy from sixteasebags.com and sell around the world without any liability, if an individual or a company fall in any Litigation/Law-Suit/Civil case or any kind of disputes with any third party.

We accept payments through all major credit, debit cards and Paypal in a secured manner. All orders are prepaid, total cart amount with shipping (if any) will be deducted/debited at the time of order placement.

All orders are shipped through FEDEX/DHL only, Tracking no. and estimated delivery date will be provided through mail once order is picked up by FEDEX/DHL.

Standard delivery time is 15 working days, without any liability for delay by carrier or due to occurrence of any unforeseen or natural event.

All orders for minimum order value of $350 are eligible for free shipping, import duties and taxes (if any) to be borne by the buyer separately.

All our products are made from Textiles and Leather of highest quality sourced from trusted vendors.

We have tried to display colours of the product as close as possible. Appearance of the products may vary depending on the colour/other settings of the device on which it is viewed.

Variation in colour of Textile may occur from one lot/collection to another as the product is hand crafted.  Vegetable tanned leather being a natural product is subject to variation from one lot/collection to another in terms of colour and structure.

Variation as to Textile/Leather should be viewed as a distinctive attribute and in no manner be considered as a deficiency.

All sizes mentioned are external measurements in inches and are subject to variation of +/- 2 cm, being completely handcrafted.

CARE:

  • Dark Colours (a few) may be subject to transfer of colour by rubbing, such products should be used carefully with light colours.
  • All Textiles have been given a water repellent surface and not water resistant.
  • Leather is sensitive to water and other wet spots.

Claims will be authorized for manufacturing defects only and the same must be made within 10 Days of receipt of the product.

Claims not related to manufacturing defects will not be considered.

Credit if any will be processed within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of claim.

In no case, cash refund will be processed.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
