Wholesale Prices: All prices are based on minimum order value of 350.00 USD with free shipping and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Product/Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Product/Service.

Payment Terms: We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping: Once we process the order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders will be shipped as complete as possible. All orders are shipped through FedEx and tracking will be provided through email once the order is picked up. While we try to maintain a high inventory on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will try to contact you and tell you that the item is out of stock. We will ask if you would like to wait for the product to be restocked, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order. We strive to ship the order within 15 days without any liability for delay by courier company or due to occurrence of natural event. We do not require a signature upon delivery. Import Duties and Taxes (if any) to be borne by purchaser separately.

All our products are made from Up-cycled canvas and ethically sourced leather from trusted vendors

We have taken many measures to ensure that our photos are as accurate as possible in representing our items. This includes size, color, shape, etc. Please note that the color of the products you receive may not match exactly with what you may have seen on your viewing screen upon ordering. Each viewing screen, in most cases being a monitor, may show a slightly different color due to each manufacturer’s calibration settings. We cannot be held responsible for products that may slightly differ in color upon receipt. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Variation in colour of Textile/Canvas may occur from one lot/collection to another being upcycled material and it should be viewed as a distinctive attribute and in no manner be considered as a deficiency.

All sizes mentioned are external measurements in inches and are subject to variation of +/- 2 cm, being handcrafted.

CARE

Dark Colours (a few) may be subject to transfer of colour by rubbing, such products should be used carefully with light colours.

Up-cycled canvas have been given a water repellent surface and not water resistant

Leather is sensitive to water and other wet spots.

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department at hello@sixteasebasg.com for return authorization within 7 days of invoice/receipt date. We will replace the item with an identical/similar item of equal/lesser value or credit back towards the next order. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

If any purchase of a non-defective item is returned within 7 days of sale for any reason, the amount of the invoice will be applied as store credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for return of non-defective items and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit added to the customers account.
